Under the direction and leadership of Karl Schmitt, the Chefs of the Gasthof zur Rose will take care of your every culinary need.  The Food is simply the best.  The fruits and vegatables are right out of the our own garden, and if we don’t grow something here, we are supplied by area farmers. Our meat and fresh water fish also come from our own farm and from neighbouring farms and our selection of seafood is bought fresh at the market.  During the hunting season, we serve game straight out of the Odenforest.

  Not only do we offer an fine selection of culinary delights, but we also offer light snacks, wine made in the region, and our own applewine and aepplewoi.
